Welcome to SOL Language Community (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service govern your access to our Spanish language courses, coaching programs, and related
services. By enrolling in any program or purchasing any service
from us, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree, please do not enroll.
About Our Services
We offer online Spanish instruction, including fixed-length cohort courses (such as our 12-week unfreeze to flow in Spanish cohort), structured multi-week courses, private lessons, and ongoing group speaking practice. Specific details about each program—length, schedule, delivery method, and price—are described in its enrollment page or confirmation email. Where a program’s own description differs from these general terms, the program-specific description controls for that program.
Enrollment and Payment
By completing checkout, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provided for the full amount listed at enrollment. Prices areshown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Unless a program states otherwise, tuition is paid in full at enrollment. We reserve the right to update prices for future enrollments; your price is locked once you complete purchase.
Access to materials begins after payment clears. Live sessions are conducted at the scheduled times listed in your course dashboard. You are responsible for maintaining reliable internet access and any equipment needed to participate.
Cancellation Policy
- Fixed-Length Courses & Cohorts: Once you have enrolled in a fixed-length course or cohort, cancellations are processed according to the Refund Policy below. You may withdraw from a program at any time by contacting us at claudia@sollanguagecommunity.com. Withdrawal does not guarantee a refund if outside the refund window, but it stops further billing for any installment plans.
- Ongoing Group Programs/Memberships: Ongoing programs renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. To cancel, you must submit an email request before the start of the next billing cycle. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period; we do not prorate partial months. You retain access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident in your investment. Our refund policy is as follows:
- 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with a newly purchased fixed-length course or cohort, you may request a full refund within seven (7) days of your initial purchase date. To qualify, you must contact us at claudia@sollanguagecommunity.com within this window. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
- After the 7-Day Window: For fixed-length courses, no refunds are issued after the first seven days, except in cases of documented emergency or technical failure on our part that prevents participation. In exceptional circumstances, we may offer credit toward a future program instead of a cash refund.
- Private Lessons: Private lesson packages are non-refundable once the booking date has passed or more than 48 hours prior to the session. Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in lost credit.
- Ongoing Memberships: Monthly or annual membership fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. As noted above, you can cancel to prevent future charges, but the current period’s fee is retained.
